All shipping is delivered by Australia Post.

Pricing
We endeavour to keep our prices consistent throughout our catalogues
and online store. Sometimes, our pricing may be slightly different
due to special promotions. Promotions that appear within our online
store are only available online unless otherwise stated. All prices
are in Australian Dollars.
Currencies
Our online credit card facilities bill your credit card in Australian
dollars (AU) and your card company will convert the charges for
you.
The Australian GST
All prices online and in selected stores include GST. GST is payable
on all goods.
Purchasing
Wild Lily Lingerie has introduced an online shopping facility.
You can also purchase any of our lingerie products by phone, fax
or email . Include the product code with you order. You can also
purchase from any of our exclusive stockists listed.
For Overseas Customers all prices are in Australian dollars. We
deliver to various countries. If you have any questions please email

Wild Lily Lingerie provides you with a secure online session within
our shopping facility. A padlock icon on the base of your browser
when you enter the checkout indicates that all information you enter
is secure. Online shopping is just as secure as when you use your
online banking and your credit card for shopping online purchases.

Due to government health regulations, Wild Lily Lingerie
and or it's stockists can not refund or accept any returns.
Fabrics & Care
PURE WASHED SILK
As this silk is pre washed it is hand washable with care.
Place item inside a wash bag, gently squeeze soapy water through
garment, do not soak. Rinse and gently squeeze then place bag with
garment in the washing machine on spin. Hang gently in the shade
to dry. If desired may be ironed on a silk setting.
All of our fabrics are dry cleanable. Be sure to remind your dry
cleaner to take notice of the care label supplied inside the garment.

in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes etc.). All
colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however
a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours
may appear slightly different via this web site and in the catalogues
due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.
When ordering by mail/fax, if all items requested have sold out you
will be notified by mail.
We accept no responsibility if clothes or accessories are handled
outside our recommended care instructions.

To cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this
action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided.
We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
